Shipping

We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders over $25. Otherwise, standard shipping is $5, and we have the option of priority (expedited) shipping based on the weight of your package. Please allow 5-10 days for standard delivery via USPS media mail.

Returns and Exchanges

We hope you love our books and products as much as we do. But in the event your order is not what you expected, we want to make it better. We honor the following return and exchange policies.

We accept damaged or defective products for a full refund or exchange within 7 days of purchase. To maintain the integrity of our products and inventory, please do not return books that have been damaged in the course of ordinary usage.

To complete your return or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. This may be an email or screenshot of your order confirmation. If you received your items as a gift, please provide us with the email address or name of sender.

To initiate a return or exchange, please send us an email at hello@shopashima.com with information about the damage or defect, or other reason for return. We will confirm the return via email with instructions and how to return the item, as applicable. Once your item is received and inspected, we will process your refund, or ship a new item to the address listed in the original order.

Please note we do not bear the cost of return shipping for non-damaged/defective items. In certain instances, we may request that you return the damaged item and we will provide a pre-paid return shipping label.

Please allow 7-10 days for your refund to be processed and to be credited back to your original form of payment. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
